Project inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen service, and project summary. Company, budget range, and timing are optional. We use this information to review your request, communicate about a possible engagement, and keep a record of the inquiry. Please do not include passwords, financial account information, or sensitive personal details.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. They are not published on this website. Access is restricted to authorized operators of the Cloudflare account. Cloudflare processes hosting and request data as part of providing the website infrastructure.
Abuse prevention and operational logs
The inquiry endpoint derives a keyed hash from the request’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. The application stores this hash in temporary rate-limit records, not the raw IP address. Application logs include technical status and reference identifiers, not your brief or email address. Infrastructure providers may process network information in their own operational systems.
Retention
Inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Temporary abuse-prevention records are scheduled for deletion within 48 hours. If a conversation becomes a client engagement, separately agreed project records and retention arrangements may apply. Infrastructure recovery copies may persist according to the provider’s recovery window.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or an account login. Essential infrastructure processing may still be performed by the hosting provider. The inquiry form keeps its submission reference in memory while the page is open, to make retries safer.
Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, contact info@merenity.com and provide the inquiry reference if you have it. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your own information.
Other services
Sending an email is handled by your email provider and Merenity’s email service. Their processing is separate from the website inquiry database. Any future material changes to website data collection will be reflected in this notice.
